Going from Stuck to Unstuck

A series of photographs influenced by Pixar feature films and shorts, each image includes an object or moments from the films. The project title is an animation team motto, which means you are going to make mistakes and get stuck but it’s alright as long as you move past them, and learn from them.

Pixar movies disguise themselves as children's films however they often touch on darker subjects such as depression, loss and death. With these photographs, I wanted to create striking colourful images that are heavily linked to these themes with elements of family, hope and destiny.
